Length
Place the end of a measuring tape at the top of the shoulder seam (high point shoulder) and pull the tape down to the bottom hem of the hoodie.
Width
Place the end of a measuring tape at one side of the chest area, just below the armhole, and pull it across to the other side of the hoodie.
