Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 1–5 business days to be processed before being shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
• Europe: 3–8 business days
How long does shipping take for The Praying Hands to Germany?
Each order is made especially for you. Production usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the product.
Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the journey — right to your doorstep.
Does The Praying Hands ship to the USA?
Not yet — but we’re working on it!
The Praying Hands currently ships within Europe.
We plan to open international shipping to the USA soon.

We currently ship to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
If your country isn’t listed yet, don’t worry — we’re planning to expand our shipping zones soon.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders, except for sticker-only orders.
Due to packaging and handling, orders containing only stickers have a small €4 shipping fee.
Add any other item to your order — and shipping becomes free.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can use this link to follow your package in real time — from our fulfillment center all the way to your home.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since all our products are made on demand, each piece is created especially for you once an order is placed.
To avoid overproduction, we kindly ask you to consider the environment before ordering.
If you’d like to return an item, simply log in to your customer account at account.theprayinghands.com, open your order, and click “Request return.”
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method, and customers are required to provide the tracking link once the item has been shipped.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We’re truly sorry if the product you received is damaged.
To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within one week at contact@theprayinghands.com and include:
• Photos of the damaged item
• Your order number
• Any other relevant details about your order
We’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

All customization and printing are carried out at our facilities in Europe, ensuring high quality and sustainable production standards.
What materials do you use?
We focus on using organic and sustainable materials whenever possible.
Most of our clothing is made from high-quality cotton for a natural and comfortable feel.

Are the products of The Praying Hands sustainably produced?
Yes — sustainability is very important to us.
That’s why we produce only what is ordered, avoiding overproduction.
Each piece is made on demand with care for both people and the planet.
How should I care for my hoodie or T-shirt?
All our clothing is machine washable.

Where can I find my invoice?
You’ll receive a link to your invoice by email once your order has been processed.
You can also access it anytime through your customer account.
Simply visit account.theprayinghands.com, log in, and open your order — your invoice will be attached there.
Is VAT included on the invoice?
Yes — VAT is always included on your invoice.
The VAT rate is automatically calculated based on the country of the shipping destination selected at checkout.

The Praying Hands was founded in early 2025 by Sarah Killian, a German classical artist known for her realistic oil paintings of hands and portraits.

Our creations are rooted in faith and hope, designed to remind you that God is near and every prayer is heard.
Are the designs based on real oil paintings?
Yes — all our collections are based on real oil paintings created by hand.
